Free Equipment Pick-up by appointment (2030 Linden Blvd, Elmont, NY 11003).
Please keep in mind that we give a 15 minute grace period and after 15 minutes we charge a late fee of $50.
SET UP & BREAKDOWN: $50 or more
Our tech team can manage the setup and breakdown of your equipment. Our services are also adaptable to fit your budget—you can choose to engage us for only the specific elements you need assistance with or have us handle the entire setup according to your requirements. The final price depend on the complexity and amount of equipment involved in the setup andassembly.
DELIVERY: $50 or more
Package and Delivery prices begin from $50. Final price based on distance and the quantity of equipment being packaged and delivered.
COI (certificate of insurance): $100
If we are providing services, a day of event COI is available for $100 (price could increase if event is longer than a day). We do not provide COI’s for customer pickups. If your order includes services and your venue is requesting a COI, please ask for this multiple days prior to the day of your event.
